🔄 What does “open box” or “like new” mean?
“Open box” means the product was previously purchased and returned — often unused or lightly used. We carefully inspect and test all items before listing them. Most are in excellent, like-new condition and may come in their original box or repackaged.
📦 Are your products new or used?
We sell a mix of:
Brand-new items (clearance or overstock)
Open-box or like-new items (customer returns, tested and repackaged)
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed through Shopify.
🚚 Do You Deliver?
✅ Yes! We offer free local delivery within Hamilton and surrounding areas.
All orders are hand-delivered directly to your door — no couriers, no extra fees.
📍 We currently deliver only within:
Hamilton
Stoney Creek
Ancaster
Dundas
Nearby surrounding areas
🛒 At checkout, just enter your address —
If it's within our delivery zone, you're good to go!
If not, a pop-up will let you know that we don’t deliver to your area.
🏬 Prefer Pickup?
If you'd rather pick up your order, simply send us a message through our [Contact page].
Be sure to include:
The product(s) you’re interested in
A note that you’d like to pick it up
We’ll get back to you to arrange a convenient pickup time.
📆 How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days. We’ll contact you if any delays occur.
🔁 What’s Your Return Policy?
At NexFinds, all products are thoroughly inspected and tested before being listed. We guarantee that items are in excellent condition.
We accept returns only if:
📦 The item was damaged during delivery
❌ The item is not as described on the product page
⚠️ Electronics Return Policy
Most electronics sold are brand new or tested and verified before shipping.
Returns for electronics are only accepted if the item is not working and reported within 3 days of receiving the order.
To request a return, contact us within the return window and include:
Clear photos or video of the issue
A brief description of the problem
Our team will review and respond promptly.
🚫 When Are Returns Not Accepted?
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
❌ Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
❌ Minor signs of handling or open-box condition if the item matches the description
❌ Any damage caused after delivery, including improper use or installation
❌ Missing parts, packaging, or accessories that were included at the time of delivery
❌ Items returned in a different condition than they were delivered — including damaged boxes, torn labels, or missing protective packaging
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as delivered.
🔄 How do I request a return?
📧 Email us at support@nexfinds.ca within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
We’ll review your request and reply with next steps.
💵 Refunds
If your return is approved:
You may choose a replacement (if available) or a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
